NeuroVision provides a predictive cognitive modeling platform for design evaluation and optimization, including attention prediction, interpretation simulation, and design generation tools.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NeuroVision Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

NeuroVision provides predictive outputs based on computational models. These outputs are estimations and should not be treated as guarantees of real-world performance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
